BMA organized a conclave on “Effective corporate governance through vigilance” on August 6th 2012. Justice Hege spoke on the importance of transparency, accountability, and vigilance both in public and private domain. H.S. Upendra Kamath, managing director of Vijaya Bank said that inorder to effectively contribute corporate to corporate governance.
